• Take off the design documents according to the structural and architectural drawings.

• Process cost data;

• Standardize cost estimate data;

• Participate in preparing bidding documents;

• Final-year university student or higher in Construction Economics or related MEP fields, with a career orientation in QS.

• Proficient in software applications (CAD, Revit, MS Office, etc.).

• Proactive, eager to learn, and open to professional growth.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus; training will be provided for those without experience.
