Technical Purchasing Officer

Ecoba Electromechanical is recruiting technical purchasing staff to work in Cau Giay, Hanoi.

• Technical Purchasing Officer

• Purchasing Department

• Negotiate and finalize contracts for the procurement of materials and equipment for projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and budget.

• Develop and implement pricing inquiries for materials and equipment in MEP project bidding.

• Search for and expand the supplier network.

• Standardize material and equipment product lines for different project segments.

• Perform assigned tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or MEP-related fields such as Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration, Water Supply & Drainage, HVAC, etc.

• Strong negotiation, supplier persuasion, problem-solving, and planning & execution skills.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with procurement experience in electrical or low-voltage packages or a technical background.
