3. Job description
• Develop electrical shop drawings.
• Submit drawings, extract quantities, and prepare bidding quotations.
• Defend design proposals and quantities with Supervisory Consultants and Investors.
• Conduct acceptance testing, commissioning, completion, and handover of the system.
• Perform site visits as required by superiors.
• Other tasks as assigned.
4. Candidate requirements
• Graduated from a university majoring in MEP-related fields.
• Proficient in software applications (CAD, Revit, MS Office, etc.).
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Understanding of professional standards and regulations relevant to the job.
• Experience in a similar position is a plus; training will be provided if necessary.
