3. Job Description
• Receive drawings from the investor, review, and provide feedback on issues related to mechanical/electrical system designs;
• Develop progress schedules, implement shop drawings, and construction methods;
• Select equipment and materials based on customer requirements, technical specifications, and catalogs provided;
• Update relevant standards and regulations;
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
4. Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in economics or related fields, particularly in mechanical and electrical engineering such as electrical engineering, HVAC, water supply and drainage, etc.;
• Proficiency in application software (CAD, Revit, MS Office, etc.);
• Strong understanding of MEP systems;
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
